About us

We set up in 2007 after spotting a huge gap in the market!

That gap was for a business telecommunications supplier who combines reliable, cutting-edge technologies and IT, with totally top-notch and completely stress-free support; where speaking to a real human didn't involve hours of waiting on hold, being passed from pillar to post and getting increasingly frustrated at poor service.

That's where we come in...

Being responsible

It's our opinion that to be a great company we need to offer excellent value to our customers and to all our other stakeholders too.

That means that as we grow, we'll continue to invest in our local communities and in charities across the country. We're also committed to minimising our impact on the environment (we don't have on-the-road sales teams!) and we want to make sure that our customers benefit from us being a respectable supplier.

Our approach is underpinned by the three core values that drive us; integrity, integration and innovation.

Fundraising and volunteering

We work and get involved with a number of charities including the Sheffield Hospitals Charity and SAFE@LAST, and in the past we've worked with Cancer Research UK, the Children’s HIV Association and ADHD Solutions.

We’re also partners with BEN, the motor industry charity, who offer practical, emotional and financial support to those involved in the automotive industry. To date we've helped raise over £179,000 for BEN.

The environment

We take our impact on the environment very seriously. So we're continuously seeking ways to reduce our carbon footprint. All our packaging is reused and recycled where possible. All our customers are subscribed to paperless billing, and we've migrated key internal processes so that they are entirely digital. On top of that we continually promote the use of greener technologies to our customers, suppliers and employees.

Our customers

Honesty, transparency and simplicity are our watchwords, and are at the heart of our operations. That helps us guarantee our customers have a trustworthy and respectable supplier. We don't have hidden charges, unnecessary technical jargon and frustratingly-complex contact procedures.

All these aspects of our business make sure our customers can be helped quickly, without fuss and in total confidence. We’re also now ISO9001-certified; official recognition for the fact that our internal processes are both efficient and effective.

Our employees

Without our employees we couldn't deliver our vision. We're committed to providing employees with a safe and attractive environment to work in, and we ensure their ongoing professional development too. The enthusiasm, creativity and excellence that comes from our valued team is always appreciated and rewarded.
