DuoCall achieves ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 accreditation

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve upheld our ISO 9001:2015 certification for our quality management system. ISO 9001:2015 isn’t the only certificate DuoCall have received. This year we’re delighted to have been accredited with our ISO 27001:2016 certification. This achievement follows our commitment to meeting security management requirements such as the protection of our networks and confidential data.

Information security is especially important within telecoms; that’s why DuoCall are extremely proud to be recognised for our dedication to ensuring security, discretion, reliability, continued accessibility and resiliency when it comes to sensitive data and information.

The addition of ISO 27001:2016 will give DuoCall customers a higher level of confidence that their personal information is being dealt with securely and confidentiality standards are being met every time it’s handled. It also represents our extensive efforts to ensure data is protected from loss, theft, misuse and damage.
