DuoCall - Unify Professional Partner status yet again!

Earlier this week we received confirmation from leading communications software and services firm Unify that our professional partner status is going to be continued. Every two years Unify audits each of its partners to ensure that the extremely high standards agreed are being met.

In order to achieve Professional Partner Status you must meet a certain criteria, including having the correct team members in place within certain roles - Sales, Account Managers, Project Consultants, PreSales Engineers, Support Engineers and Field Engineers.

Unify Professional Partner Status is a step up from being an entry level (authorised) Unify partner and can only be achieved by going above and beyond. Retaining the status over a period of time reflects very well on DuoCall as a service provider.
