We're looking for a desk-based internal account manager.
Due to our ongoing expansion plans, DuoCall are looking for an experienced and successful desk-based Account Manager from a telecoms or technology background to join the team.
You'll report to Phil, DuoCall's sales director, working as part of a well-established team of professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for a Telecoms B2B sales specialist.
In this key account development role you'll be responsible for retaining and growing the profitability of a large portfolio of existing SME accounts, as well as expanding the portfolio through referrals, networking and self-generation.
The product range available to you covers the whole spectrum of telecommunications and business connectivity from lines and calls, phone systems, hosted telephony solutions, mobiles and leased lines, as well as maintenance and engineering supplied by an inhouse team of fully qualified staff.
