Due to our ongoing expansion plans, DuoCall are looking for an experienced and successful IT Sales Executive/Account Manager to join our ever expanding team.

Job title: IT Sales Executive/Account Manager 

Location: Commutable from Sheffield, Rotherham & surrounding areas. Easy access from M1, J34

Salary & Benefits: Realistic OTE £35k + benefits

Essential skills: Minimum 2 years previous sales experience within the telcoms industry working with Desktop & Server Support, Disaster Recovery and Hosted Solutions

Desired skills:

A desire to succeed

Telecoms is an extreemly competitive market. The candidate that we're looking for isn't scared of a challenege and will be willing to put in the hard miles in order to be successful.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

You'll be in contact with a huge range of people, so it's important that you can communicate with them effectively. You'll also need to be commercially astute and computer literate; both critical when you're working at an IT-based company!

Ability to generate new business

We want to see that you've got negotiation skills. When it comes to sales we want you use your own initiative and to go out there and do what you have to do. At the end of the day, you'll be here to bring in new business, so we'll want to see how you've achieved that before.

Essential skills: Proven ability to create relationships with prospectve clients, experience managing and maintaining a customer database, 

Desired skills:

Experience in telecoms

Ideally experience will have been gained within the Telecoms/Data/IT industry. Your well developed interpersonal skills will ensure you are confident about making new contacts and developing business relationships with potential DuoCall customers.

A keen eye for an opportunity

Due to our ongoing expansion plans, DuoCall are looking for an experienced and successful desk-based New Business Executive to join the team.

Job title: New Business Executive (Desk Based)

Location: Commutable from Sheffield, Rotherham & surrounding areas. Easy access from M1, J34

Salary & Benefits: Basic up to £22,000 + £15,000 OTE

Essential skills: Telecoms B2B Sales (Fixed Line, Hosted, PBX)

Desired skills:

Proven sales and account management experience

Ideally you'll have a few years of sales experience in the telecoms and IT industry. We believe that you need to know everything about a product before you sell it, the benefits, who it's for and how it works.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

You'll be in contact with a huge range of people, so it's important that you can communicate with them effectively. You'll also need to be commercially astute and computer literate; both critical when you're working at an IT-based company!

Ability to generate new business
