And we provide options for managing your business' internet connectivity, to offer the highest level of reliability 24 hours a day, seven days a week. And all our managed connections are backed by stringent service level agreement that's ideal for those who require completely unbroken performance.

Supercharged business internet connections supplied across Sheffield, Rotherham, South Yorkshire and the UK.

Our business internet connections:

We've got a range of connectivity options, including broadband services like ADSL and Ethernet connections like leased lines, and with speeds up to 1Gbps, 99.9% SLAs and uncontended services, all our internet connections are designed to meet each business' unique needs.

What should I look for when choosing business internet?

We've outlined the main features you'll need to take into consideration when choosing the right internet connection for your business...

  • Security and privacy
  • Speed and performance
  • Stability and reliability
  • Geographic availability
  • Cost effectiveness
  • Extra features like VoIP

For example, if you're looking for a budget connection for a small business, you should look no further than broadband (either ADSL broadband or FTTC/fibre).

If you're looking for guaranteed reliability and performance then take a look at any of our Ethernet connections (e.g. EoFTTC, EFM and EoF); all of which come with stringent service level agreements (SLAs) as standard.

What internet connection should I use for VoIP or hosted PBX?

VoIP is basically cloud-based telephony. That means the internet is used to make and receive calls, so you don't need to pay for the rental of multiple phone lines; saving your business money.

If you're going to be using this sort of telephony, you'll need an internet connection on which Quality of Service (QoS) is enabled; that means that voice traffic is prioritised on your connection, so your calls will all be crystal-clear.

Ask us which connection your business needs for VoIP or for hosted telephony like DuoCall's HUC.

We are constantly offered new telecommunications concepts and solutions by DuoCall, which in turn has benefited our business greatly. In our experience, DuoCall provides first class support and offers an excellent combined service package. Their continued telecoms support has been a factor in the growth of our business.

Implementing a new circuit can often be very time consuming due to infrastructure re-configuration, however DuoCall provided us with a seemingly easy change over. It's re-assuring to know that we have a local provider who understands how critical it is for Meadowhall to have a reliable and fully managed services.

One person to speak to for everything. No “you need to speak to our ISP let me give you their number”, no “you need to speak to Fred I will get him to call you”, no hours repeatedly explaining the same thing to numerous people who truly don’t care and then manage to cut you off! DuoCall promised that personal service and that is how it has been throughout.

I'd like to let all the team know that they're doing a fantastic job! We're very pleased at the way these [internet] transitions are being handled. The service received from everyone at DuoCall is personable and of a high quality. I'd especially like to highlight the way Andrew is managing these new order installations. Top job!

DuoCall helped us to develop a robust system that not only resolved all our email problems almost immediately, but the superfast broadband connection that they have installed has allowed the business to replace some of its back office operations with web-based systems - something that would have been impossible to do without a fast and reliable internet connection.
