Our service packages are tailored to meet every customer's requirements. From a simple maintenance and support package for small businesses to a national, multi-site managed service package delivering end-to-end functionality.

DuoCall provide three levels of fully inclusive maintenance to cover all the systems we provide and even those we don't. Depending on site size you could choose our Silver cover, which offers an 8 working hour fix time, nationwide, regardless of whether we need to attend site or if the issue can be resolved remotely. If you feel you need things resolved quicker choose our Gold cover, which offers a fantastic 4 working hour nationwide response.

We also offer a bespoke phone system maintenance service, for those who need a support plan that meets their business' exact needs, including bespoke fix times and opening hours.

Change requests

Change requests

All change requests for maintenance customers will be actioned within a 16 hour response period, but we endeavor to clear all system change requests by the end of the same working day.

Silver cover

Silver cover

Choose our silver cover for full support during your operational day. We'll respond to major system faults within 8 working hours between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and within 16 working hours for minor system issues.

Gold cover

Gold cover

Our gold cover supports hardware and software with a full help desk facility. For major faults we'll respond within 4 working hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) and within 8 working hours for minor system issues.

Along with our on-going phone system maintenance service, your business will have access to our Systems Consultants and you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager, who can give advice and guidance in the upgrading and expansion of your communications platforms as your company grows.
