I have worked with DuoCall for several years now, and brought them across to my new company, that was just over a year ago. I wanted to work with them again, as they have an excellent team who consistently make life easy when it comes to IT and communications.

The absolute best is the service they supply us. It’s simple, you call, or email your dedicated team, and a ticket is created. They put you through to the technical team, or you get a call back. It’s really that simple.

We have also moved location recently, a small team of engineers came to scope our new building prior to the move, and on the day of move, helped transfer our existing kit across to the new place. Everything was installed, so we could work from the first day. Our move was not typical, as it was a brand-new building with spec supplied by the local authority. We experienced challenges with fibre connection, and movement of supplier contracts. However, DuoCall came up with a short-term solution which worked fine until our fibre was fully connected. As a service company, it was important that communication was there from the start. Particular thanks to Dave, Charlie, and Matt.
